Throughline Films has arranged a two-picture deal for the thriller Above Ground and the rom-com Between Waves. Starring Clayne Crawford (Fox's Lethal Weapon), Above Ground is about a divorcée whose love for her missing ex-husband pulls her into a deadly crime ring when the local authorities refuse to search for him. Featuring Amy Jo Johnson (CBS' Flashpoint) and William Russ (ABC's Boy Meets World), Between Waves follows a best-selling author who has a midlife crisis, then returns to his coastal hometown and embarks on a wild adventure in a desperate attempt to reclaim his youth. Executive Producers John W. Bosher and Chris Charles secured the deal with distribution partner Artist View Entertainment. Artist View will be taking the films to MIPCOM this month and Cannes in May with an eye on Fall 2018 releases.
