"WE ARE COLUMBINE" WORLD PREMIERE

We Are Columbine had its world premiere at the 37th Minneapolis St. Paul International Film Festival on April 20-21, coinciding with the 19-year anniversary of the Columbine High School shootings. Director Laura Farber attended the screenings and panels about gun violence along with subject Jaimi Norden, a fellow former student, Kiki Leyba, a teacher at the school, and Rick Kaufman, who led the Crisis Response Team. Producers John W. Bosher, Chris Charles, Josie Bode, Clare Deady, Heidi Zersen, and Wes Van Der Voort also attended, along with cinematographer Joseph Fitzgerald and editor James Stanger. We Are Columbine was voted "Best of Fest" at the festival, which also hosted the world premiere of John and Chris' adaptation of Ray Bradbury's The Small Assassin.
